About Our Volunteers

We are a small group of volunteers that have many unique areas of expertise with dogs. Our volunteers work tirelessly to help keep our shelter clean and safe for our dogs. Volunteer work includes, but is not limited to:

     Caring for our dogs

     Cleaning kennels

     Weekend adoption events

     Vet transports

     Foster care

Want to help but don’t have the time to dedicate to our hands-on needs?  We can always use your help with can/bottle drives, and donations! Visit our Amazon Wishlist or we accept cash, check, and Paypal donations!

Volunteers need to be age 15 or older, sign a liability waiver (Parental signature), and be fully capable of doing a laborious job. Based on your availability, we will then we train you and put you into a slot with a team leader.  We are looking for people who are committed to the cause, as it takes a lot of time to train and shifts are 3 hours long.
